Citrus Animal Clinic is a well-established, mixed-animal practice looking for a full-time associate veterinarian. We are committed to providing quality medicine and surgery for a variety of species. The practice focuses heavily on client relationships and communication. Lake Placid is a great place to live. The area is semi-rural: within 2 hours of either coast and within 2 hours of Orlando or Tampa. This is a job where you will have the opportunity to utilize various aspects of your veterinary education. At Citrus Animal Clinic, we have a variety of work on a daily basis-from small animal orthopedic surgery to preg-checking cows and everything in between. We strive to keep a positive work environment where doctors and staff enjoy coming to work each day.
Citrus Animal Clinic is looking for someone with a good attitude and strong work ethic. This job requires competency or willingness to develop competency in the following areas: Small and large animal medicine and surgery; client communication and interpersonal skills.
