We see patients from Glen Ridge, Montclair, Upper Montclair, East Orange, West Orange, Belleville, Nutley, Verona, and Newark. We are also accredited by the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association. Doctors Ann and Charles Dolin purchased Essex Animal Hospital in 1995 and have dramatically increased the size of the practice and scope of the services provided to clients. We now have the highest quality veterinary medicine available in the area and we provide it in a relaxed, caring, family-style environment. Along with practicing the best medicine possible, we have a highly tenured and skilled support staff. Most of our Bloomfield veterinary hospital staff has been here for 10 years or more!!! By our patients and pet parents seeing the same faces every time they visit, their pets are much more relaxed, calm and comfortable. We provide care the "Essex Animal Hospital" way. We are looking forward to adding a Full-Time Veterinarian to our 3 doctor team due to the hospital's continued growth! Job Responsibilities: - Builds a rapport with clients
- Communicates with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, nutritional needs and preventative treatment
- Performs physical exams and diagnostic-surgical-medical and dental procedures that delivers the highest quality care
- Stays current with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
- Maintains client-patient medical/surgical records
- Assists in the development of our team to ensure the highest quality of care and exceptional customer service
Qualifications: - DVM/VMD degree-new grads welcome
- Licensure in good standing
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication
