Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital is seeking an associate veterinarian to join our team full time.
Stoney Creek is an AAHA accredited 8 doctor small animal and exotics hospital located in the Philadelphia suburb of Morton, PA. Since opening in 1987, we have undergone complete renovations to remain modern and have the most up-to-date equipment. Stoney Creek has digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, a state-of-the art surgical suite and hospitalization area, video otoscopy, digital tonometry, as well as an amazing staff and support team. We enjoy discussing our difficult cases as a group and we work together to support a good work/life balance for all. Our team includes a board-certified general practitioner (ABVP canine/feline practice), as well as bi-weekly visits from a board-certified internist. Our mission is to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of each pet and treat them as our own. We strive to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery, as well as focusing on client education. If this resonates with you, we may be your next opportunity!
We are located in a homey suburb of Philadelphia, which has an urban feel with many coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and young professionals. We are only 10 minutes away from Media, PA, which was recently ranked #5 for “best small town cultural scene” in America. The public schools are A rated, the housing is affordable, and we are only 15 minutes from the airport. If you like the outdoors, there are plenty of places nearby to go hiking, camping, and participate in water sports. We are also only 2 hours from New Jersey’s beaches and Atlantic City.
At Stoney Creek, we take the health and well-being of our employees seriously, offering flexible working conditions and encouraging a well-rounded work/life balance. We offer a great compensation package, including a competitive salary, health insurance, 401K, PTO, generous CE allowance, additional PTO for CE, and reimbursement for membership and license fees. If this sounds like a team you want to be a part of, please email your resume to Dr. Shelly Wazyniak at email@example.com or apply at https://www.petvetcareers.com/.
