Veterinarians to Cats in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a full time veterinarian to join our purrfectly wonderful practice so that we can continue to provide quality care to our feline friends and their families. We’re looking for an experienced veterinarian or a new graduate. We have a highly trained team of individuals who are passionate about both patients and clients We pride ourselves on developing client relationships, providing excellent patient care and maintaining a workplace environment that is warm and welcoming. Our hospital is equipped with Idexx in house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, therapeutic laser, electronic medical records and much more.
Job duties include:
Examine and treat cats by appointments as well as walk-ins.
Cultivate positive relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent record-keeping.
Prioritize traumatic injuries and serious illnesses to ensure that all cats receive time sensitive care.
Educate clients on the importance of vaccinations, flea and tick treatment and other aspects of preventative care.
Perform or assist with surgeries.
Qualifications include:
DVM Licensure
Working knowledge of computer systems
Dedication to long term employment with our company
